Steve Davidson commenced the firm in 1998 which has seen continual growth to this day. Steves qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce Newcastle University 1977, Institute of Chartered Accountants 1979, Registered Tax Agent 1998.

Norrie is the Davidson Group's General Manager. Norrie has a degree in HR & IR, a Masters in HR & is currently studying for a Masters in Corporate Governance. Norries completed Masters Degree focused on Safety and its link to the recruitment & selection process. Norrie has 25 years management and senior management experience in the private sector. For the past 12 years, Norrie has been consulting to both large and small business enterprises in the area of managing risk in the HR & IR sector. Norrie has experience in a number of industry sectors.

Alex commenced his professional career in 1997 in Sydney where he gained invaluable experience performing a wide variety of audits and specialised taxation services for a broad spectrum of clientele, including publicly listed companies on the ASX and subsidiaries of multinational corporations. Throughout his career, Alex has developed a wide range of skills in the areas of audit and assurance services, corporate taxation, superannuation, research and development, merger and acquisitions, agreed upon procedures, due diligence, prospectus work, corporate valuations, transaction services, financial modeling and analysis, and corporate advisory services. In connection with his professional experience, Alex has completed a Bachelor or Arts, a Master of Arts, a Master of Education, a Master of International Studies, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Letters in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Management.

Natalie has worked with Steve for 18 years and has been with Davidson's since opening in 1998. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and is CPA qualified. Natalie has a wide range of experience in business, financial, taxation and superannuation areas.

Ryan has been working at Davidson Accountants since January 2005. He completed his bachelor of Commerce at the University of Newcastle in 2008 and is expecting to graduate from the Chartered Accountants Program in September 2010. Ryan has a wide range of experience in business services, taxation and superannuation. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf, supporting his beloved Bulldogs NRL team and spending time with his family and friends.

Melanie has worked with Davidson Accountants for 6 years. She has a Bachelor of Finance and is currently completing her Chartered Accountants program. Melanie has a wide range of experience in business financial services, taxation for businesses and individuals, and superannuation services.
