Norrie Stevens is the Davidson Group''s General Manager: she has a degree in HR & IR, a Masters in HR and is currently studying for a Masters in Corporate Governance. Norries completed Masters Degree focused on Safety and its link to the recruitment and the selection process. Norrie has 25 years management and senior management experience in the private sector. For the past 12 years, Norrie has been consulting to both large and small business enterprises in the area of managing risk in the HR & IR sector. Norrie has experience in a number of industry sectors.
